Terms & Conditions — crikxe Platform Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and crikxe ("crikxe", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the crikxe website located at crikxe.net and all associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, casino gaming, live dealer games, crash games, and the crikxe VIP loyalty programme.

By accessing the crikxe platform in any capacity — including browsing the website without registering, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree unconditionally to be bound by them. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the crikxe platform.

crikxe reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or on-platform notification. Your continued use of the crikxe platform after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between a translated version of this document and the English version, the English version shall prevail.

Access to crikxe is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout their continued use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. crikxe operates a strict 18+ policy across all platform features without exception. Any player found to be under 18 years of age will have their account immediately suspended, all balances forfeited, and any winnings voided.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online sports betting and casino gaming is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of crikxe is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of a crikxe employee in a role that grants access to non-public platform information.
• You must not have been previously excluded from the crikxe platform under a self-exclusion request that remains in effect.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number. crikxe may at any time request documentary proof of any information provided during or after registration, including but not limited to a national ID card, passport, or utility bill dated within the past three months.

Each individual is permitted to hold one account only on the crikxe platform. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual — regardless of the email address, device, or payment method used — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and pending winnings.

As a registered crikxe account holder, you accept the following obligations and responsibilities:

• Confidentiality of credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your crikxe username, password, and any two-step verification codes associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Accuracy of personal information: All information provided to crikxe must be truthful and accurate. You must promptly notify us of any changes to your personal details by contacting support at [email protected].
• Personal use only: Your crikxe account is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not allow any third party to use your account to place wagers or access platform services on your behalf.
• Prohibition on fraudulent activity: You must not engage in, facilitate, or attempt any form of fraud, bonus abuse, arbitrage, match fixing, chip dumping, or collusion. Any account found to be associated with such activity will be immediately suspended and reported to relevant authorities.
• Compliance with these Terms: You agree to comply fully with all provisions of these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules or policies published by crikxe from time to time.
• Notification of unauthorised access: If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify crikxe immediately at [email protected]. crikxe is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

crikxe reserves the right to monitor account activity for compliance with these Terms. Where suspicious activity is detected, we may temporarily suspend an account, request additional verification documentation, or permanently close the account depending on the severity of the breach identified.

All financial transactions on the crikxe platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). crikxe supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, and City Bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are communicated within the cashier section of your account and may vary by payment method.

• Deposit processing: Mobile wallet deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your crikxe account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take 1–3 business hours depending on the originating bank and time of day.
• Withdrawal processing: Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission. VIP tier members (Diamond, Crown, and Elite) are entitled to priority processing, typically completed within 4 hours. Processing times may be extended where identity verification is outstanding.
• Funds source: You confirm that all funds deposited into your crikxe account originate from a payment method registered in your own legal name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned minus any transaction fees incurred.
• Withdrawal to original method: crikxe applies an anti-money-laundering policy under which withdrawals must, wherever possible, be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Exceptions may be granted at crikxe's sole discretion following identity verification.
• Transaction fees: crikxe does not charge fees on standard local payment method transactions. You may be subject to fees charged by your mobile wallet provider or bank, over which crikxe has no control.

crikxe reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard security measure to protect player funds and prevent unauthorised withdrawals. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and returned to your account balance.

All sports betting markets, casino games, live dealer tables, and crash game sessions offered on the crikxe platform are governed by the rules set out in this section, supplemented by the specific rules applicable to each game or market as displayed within the platform interface.

• Bet acceptance: A bet is not accepted and confirmed until you receive an explicit on-screen confirmation with a unique bet reference number. In the event of a technical error prior to confirmation, the bet will be voided and the stake returned to your account balance.
• Odds changes: Sports betting odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet. crikxe is not responsible for odds that change between the time you initiate a bet and the time it is confirmed.
• Event cancellations: If a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or significantly altered after bets are accepted but before the event concludes, crikxe will apply the market-specific void rules. In most circumstances, bets on a cancelled event are voided and stakes returned.
• Casino game outcomes: All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation systems supplied by the respective game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi). crikxe does not influence or alter game outcomes in any way.
• Errors and malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a casino game, live dealer table, or crash game round, crikxe reserves the right to void all affected game rounds and return stakes to players. Winnings generated during a confirmed malfunction period will not be honoured.
• Maximum winnings: crikxe applies maximum winnings limits on certain markets and game types. These limits are displayed within the relevant market or game interface. Any winnings exceeding the stated maximum will be capped at the maximum limit.

crikxe reserves the right to void any bet or gaming result where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the integrity of the relevant event or game has been compromised, including but not limited to evidence of match fixing, unusual betting patterns, or co-ordinated wagering behaviour by multiple accounts.

crikxe offers a range of bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, and promotional credits to both new and existing players. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms communicated at the point of offer in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section. In the event of conflict between specific offer terms and these general terms, the specific offer terms prevail.

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier for each offer is stated clearly in the offer communication. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period, after which unused bonus funds will be removed from your account.
• Eligible games: Certain bonus types may restrict wagering to specific game categories or providers. Games excluded from wagering requirement contribution are listed in the individual offer terms.
• One offer per player: Unless stated otherwise, promotional offers are limited to one per player, household, device, and shared IP address. Multiple accounts created to abuse promotional offers will be closed without warning and balances forfeited.
• VIP programme rewards: Loyalty points, tier bonuses, and VIP cashback earned through the crikxe six-tier programme are subject to programme-specific terms. VIP tier thresholds, point accumulation rates, and benefit structures may be adjusted by crikxe at any time, with reasonable prior notice provided to affected members where possible.
• Withdrawal restriction: Where a bonus is active on your account, withdrawals may be restricted until the wagering requirement is met or until the bonus is forfeited via the bonus management section of your account. Forfeiting a bonus will also remove any bonus-derived winnings.
• Right to withdraw offers: crikxe reserves the right to withdraw, suspend, or modify any promotional offer at any time. This does not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts prior to the modification taking effect.

crikxe is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player community. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment. If at any point gambling ceases to be enjoyable or begins to cause financial, social, or emotional harm, crikxe provides the following tools and resources to help you manage your gaming activity:

• Deposit limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account from within the responsible gaming settings panel. Once a deposit limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Any request to increase a limit is subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: You may configure on-screen reminders at 30-minute, 1-hour, or 2-hour intervals to stay informed of how long your current gaming session has lasted.
• Self-exclusion: You may voluntarily exclude yourself from the crikxe platform for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly. Either you or crikxe may close your account at any time, subject to the conditions described in this section.

• Closure by you: You may request the closure of your crikxe account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before your account is closed, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed and outstanding balances returned to your registered payment method, subject to identity verification requirements being satisfied.
• Closure by crikxe: crikxe reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the event of: (a) a breach of any provision of these Terms; (b) fraudulent, abusive, or dishonest conduct; (c) failure to complete required identity or age verification; (d) reasonable suspicion of money laundering or association with criminal activity; or (e) a legal or regulatory requirement to do so.
• Effect of termination: Upon account closure, your right to access the crikxe platform ceases immediately. Any bonus funds or loyalty points that have not vested at the time of closure will be forfeited. Genuine account balances (funded by your own deposits) will be returned to you following the completion of any applicable security reviews.
• Survival of terms: Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive account closure — including but not limited to the sections on disputes, limitation of liability, and intellectual property — shall continue to apply after your account is closed.

crikxe's decision to close or suspend an account is final in cases involving fraud, abuse, or deliberate misrepresentation. In all other cases, you may contact [email protected] to query the decision and seek resolution. We aim to respond to account closure queries within 48 hours during business days (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).
